Eight people were booked by the Oshiwara Police in Mumbai and three of them namely Sana, alias Sapna Gill, claimed that Prithvi Shaw assaulted her and her friends with a stick in his hand. Ali Kashif Khan, Sapna Gill’s lawyer, claimed that when Sapna Gill was at the Oshiwara police station in Bombay, the authorities were preventing her from getting medical tests.

“Sapna was assaulted by Prithvi. A stick was seen in Prithvi’s hand. Prithvi’s friends assaulted the group first. Sapna is currently at Oshiwara police station. The police are not allowing her to go for medical,” Ali Kashif was quoted as saying by India Today.
